Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for email marketer who can act as department manager for our multi brand company.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between systems and coordinating with our CRM software.
• Create email initiatives, road maps, and A/B tests and review deliverability, email performance with the objective of improving campaign performance.
• Supervise the whole process of building campaigns, test, QA, deploy, coding and editing HTML, verifying copy, layouts, links and dynamic content. Be able to report back the success of your effort.
• Present data findings and best practices to the team as needed to help develop our email programs.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and development to frame the everyday work with brand and corporate level strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in setting up, creating and leading successful email marketing efforts
• Good speaking and writing skills in English
• Extremely technically versed and able to confidently configure, setup and manage ESPs and segmentation applications.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Experience with CRM systems
